✅ What Is a Low-Speed Vehicle?
In Florida, an LSV is defined as a 4-wheeled vehicle that:
-
Has a top speed between 20 and 25 mph
-
Is street-legal on roads with a posted speed limit of 35 mph or less
-
Must be registered and insured, just like a car
All of our carts are 100% compliant and road-ready.

👶 Children & Car Seat Requirements
Safety is our top priority, especially when it comes to kids.
Here’s what Florida law says:
-
All children under 5 years old must be secured in a federally approved child restraint device.
-
Ages 0–3: Must be in a separate car seat (rear or forward-facing depending on age/weight).
-
Ages 4–5: Must use either a booster seat or car seat based on the child’s size and age.
-
Children 6 and older may use a seat belt if it fits properly.
All of our carts come equipped with seat belts in every row. Please bring your own car seat or booster when needed — just like you would in a rental car.
We’re happy to help you install one when your cart is delivered!
🧑✈️ Who Can Drive?
To operate one of our golf carts:

You must be at least 16 with a valid driver’s license
